Privacy policy

Plain-language version: we collect the minimum data we need to run our business and serve you. We don't sell it. We don't share it with marketers. We don't train public AI models on it.

1. Who we are

AI Operator Club Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is an Australian private company. You can reach us at jack@aioperatorclub.com.

2. What we collect

• Application info: when you apply to work with us, we collect the information you submit on the form (business, role, what's broken).
• Engagement data: while we work together, we collect data needed to build and run the systems we ship for you. Scope is documented in your Statement of Work.
• Site analytics: aggregate, non-identifying analytics so we can see what's working on the site.

3. What we don't collect

• We don't run third-party ad trackers or pixel networks on this site.
• We don't sell your data, your customer data, or any data captured during an engagement.
• We don't use your data to train public AI models. Internal model fine-tuning, where applicable, is done only on your data, only for systems we run for you, and is documented in your SOW.

4. Sub-processors

To run our business and the systems we build, we use trusted third-party providers. Current sub-processors are listed in your engagement contract and updated as needed. You'll get advance notice of any change.

5. Data location

Default data residency for systems we build is Australia or your nominated region. We'll document the specific regions for your build in your SOW.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jack@aioperatorclub.com and we'll action it within 14 days.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and notify active clients directly.
